Guard Tower

This was used as a Guard Tower after part of the wall at the Missouri State Penitentiary collapsed near one of the Gaurd Towers. I am guessing that it did not go up high enough as shortly after it arrived they set it up on the rails and concrete blocks that you see it setting on. It would be lowered at shift change and as they had a portable outhouse next to it when it was being used, I would say it was also lowered when nature called.
