For the benefit of fellow photobloggers, this is a duplicate post from my main blog.

Theme Thursday - Over
(alternate title - Thursday Challenge - Begins)

The note posted on the Theme Thursday site shows that it has come to an end, at least for a while.

I've decided it's time to take a break from Theme Thursday. Whether this will be permanent or temporary, I haven't decided yet. I've got a lot of big things happening in my life during the next few months that are going to take up much of my time. I also haven't been having much fun with Theme Thursday lately and decided that, rather then burning myself out, I should take a step back for a bit and see how I feel after everything is done.

Thanks to those of you who have participated faithfully for so long and offered to help out with Theme Thursday. It wouldn't have existed without you.

Thank you Reb, as I am sure that it takes time and effort away from other things to maintain such a site. I would also like to thank Dale Hudjik. I received an e-mail from him and he is trying to carry on the tradition. If you were posting to Theme Thursday and looking for a new place to post on Thursday, and you didn't receive an e-mail from Dale (I am sure he couldn't reach everyone posting to Theme Thursday), you might look to Thursday Challenge to fill the void.

Thanks Dale!
